We believe Multi-gen living or Coliving is the concept of sharing your home with family or tenants to build equity, and keep family wealth. It’s not to be confused with rooming and boarding house investments, but a created environment that makes it comfortable to cohabitate. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom, meaning no shared bathrooms for privacy. All shared areas enable security and independence for everyone under the same roof.
